I have been taking Starflower oil for several years and love it.I was advised evening primrose oil for breast pain but a reiki counsellor advised starflower was better to also help with postmenopausal symptoms.My skin,hair and general health are definitely better when I take this.I am vegetarian and their is a good range of tablets available from Healthspan. Post box sized and reduced packaging as well as fair pricing also made me choose Healthspan.

These are great, I must admit, they have helped with my perimenopause symptoms, but they're a bit pricey, so I've opted for a cheaper brand now. Time will tell if I return back to these or not.

These capsules have transformed my life. I bought them as I had read that a high dose starflower oil can help with menopause related hot flushes. I was experiencing increasingly uncomfortable hot flushes approx every 90 mins throughout the day, which was making life at work really difficult. Within one week of taking the capsules I'd say that my flushes had reduced to about 80%, and now within only a few months in I do not have any hot flushes at all. Additional benefits I've noticed are improvements in psoriasis type eczema skin problems I've had for years and years. I would highly recommend these capsules, the effects have been all good, give them a try!! :-)

Good value product not available on the high street

I buy these for my mum who finds them easy to take and very effective. This is one of the best prices i have found to buy them online.

My 12 year old daughter is moody, crampy, loud and emotional before her period. I got her started on this and she has mellowed down. This certainly helps with mood management.I am 40 years old and am taking it too.
