She just learned to read this past school year. Kindergarten teacher recommended this one as a summer reading list and she really enjoyed the story. It’s her new favorite book she owns. It was easy enough for her to read independently with some challenging words and fun things she never heard before and I explained to her what they meant. I think it was educational, and also funny. Very engaging for kids and beautiful illustration. Highly recommended! We got the paperback and pages were perfect. They are also nice and thick for a paperback book. If your kid loves their ABC’S and wants to learn to read independently this is a great choice. It also has rhymes in it.📚❤️ Review: Absolutely love this book!!! So much fun for my granddaughter. - I cannot brag on this book enough! This was my son's absolute favorite book growing up so of course I had to purchase one for my 3 year old granddaughter. This book is so fun! We run around the room singing Chicka Chicka boom boom will there be enough room. When I get to the boom boom part, I tickle her belly and she laughs and laughs. We had a grand time with this book and I know that any child would love this book. It helps teach them their A, B, C's too.

Fun Book for Littles
My grandsons loved this book and wanted to read it over and over again. The writing is fun and the colorful pages are very sturdy. By the time they were toddlers, we all knew it by heart. It’s a great choice as a gift for new arrivals.

GREAT Children's Book
One of the BEST children's books ever. My kids were raised on this 30 years ago and I just picked up another one for the latest grandchild. The tempo of the story, in poetry form, moves along at a fun and rhythmic pace. STRONGLY suggest this one!!

Babies, Toddlers Love This Book
I live in the US, my grandson in the UK. When he was just a few months old, he visited my house for 10 days during which time we read this book over and over. He and a friend's younger grandson were both enthralled with this - probably the colors and the cadence of our voices as we read. Flash forward a few months and I'm visiting him. He's just learning to say a few words, loves to sing and to be read to. We're singing the alphabet song and suddenly he says "Boom! Boom!". He hasn't seen Chicka Chicka Boom Boom for months but when I say "A told B and B told C … I'll meet you at the top of the coconut tree. Chicka! Chicka! Boom! Boom!" his eyes lit up and he vigorously nodded yes. My daughter and I had to recite as much of the book over and over from memory as we could. I quickly purchased another copy for him to keep at his house!
