How much charcoal is contained in this product? Is it 300 g or 500 g of charcoal or less?

Thanks for reaching out.PURGGO Car Air Eco-Purifier has approximately 466 grams of charcoal.Keep in mind that weight alone isn't the sole determining factor in odor elimination. The drier the bamboo charcoal is, the better it is at adsorbing odor particles. Drier bamboo charcoal will be lighter weight-wise.Hope that answers your question, thank you!Cheers,Mark - Team PURGGO

Does it remove cigarette smell from the car?

Yes it does. The truck I got smelled really strongly of cigarettes. This removed the cigarette smell overnight.

Dear Purrgo, Can an oven be used, instead of sunlight, to recharge this product?

Hi GD,Thanks for reaching out, we appreciate it.Please do NOT use an oven. Fire hazard. Flames. Not good :)If you don't have sunshine readily available where you live, you can place PURGGO in a dry & warm (or windy) room for 24-48 hours. Basically, any natural environmental where the trapped moisture inside can evaporate.Hope that helps. Thanks for asking!Cheers,Mark - Team PURGGO

Can I leave this in the sun by the rear windshield?

Hi Alan,Thanks for reaching out, we appreciate it.Yes, that should work, as long as you have ample sunlight where you live.If there isn't enough sunlight, you can also take the product out and place it in a dry & warm room for about 48 hours to recharge.Hope that answers your question :)Cheers,Mark - Team PURGGO
