I have big man hands. Will these fit?

Depends on how large your hands are. My hands are larger than average for a woman (ring size 12) and I normally buy men's gloves as a result. I was very happy with the fit of these. They are made from a very forgiving fabric.

Will they stretch for nails?

They deginitely stretch for larger hands but I don't know about long nails. I recommend reinforcing the glove tips.

Are the gloves made with with a mylar plastic?

Product description says metallic spandex

Can you scroll on a touchscreen while wearing these gloves?

I don't think so. The entire glove is made from the same material. They don't have anything special on the finger tips.
