Hi does this have gsync for nvida cards. Also foes it jave an audio out so i can connect them to my pc seakers to use my firestick without pc?

I am not sure. Check the spec on the product but I think no (the only connectors are VGA and HDMI).

Will this item link with dvd player

Can't see any reason why not as long as the dvd player has a hdmi port.

Will freesync work with all gpu's? can i add 2 inputs and switch between the 2 or use a hdmi splitter?

Freesync is native to AMD GPU's but Nvidia GPU drivers have an option to force Gsync (which is Nvidia's version of freesync). If your cables match the relevant sockets (hdmi/DP) then you can switch between them using the monitor buttons. Not sure about a hdmi splitter but I would suggest a hdmi switch might be better as you just press a button to switch between 2 sources.

The product description states that the physical dimensions of the monitor are ‎4 x 20 x 30 cm. This can't be correct! Do you mean ‎4x20x30 inches?

The product dimensions have now been changed to 1.11 x 2.79 x 2.06 cm! That's a pretty small monitor.
