I thought it would be a good idea to put oil in my air, then use the warmed cap while I read the newspaper. No luck, the cap kept slipping down over my eyes. I think it would be better for someone with longer hair that could take up all the room in the cap. It warmed up nicely and stayed warm for about 30 minutes.
