Mine came in a box a little larger than the grill. **Q: I'm replacing 12"x15" glass panels in my RV cabinet doors with a stiff steel mesh that can allow air through, are these rigid enough?** A: This material is aluminum and can be dented quite easily. I personal don't think it will hold up on your cabinet doors unless you are extremely carefully. **Q: Can this material be purchased in larger sizes? I would like a sheet at 32"x48.
