Good quality
Was ooking for exact replacement for my clothesline that finally broke. Hope it lasts as long as that one did over 15 years. So far it looks pretty good. Clothes friendly and easy to put up. So far no sagging.

Very versatile, reusable, last long time, and strong
quality plastic Clothesline - Fiber Reinforced is so versatile. I used for traveling, severe weather prep, just about anything needing tied up. I had 100' used/reused for 10+ years and just ran out of line. I tried others mostly w/o fiber core, but none as strong, reusable, and dependable as this!

Be ready you might be short changed
The product is what I wanted and ordered 2 to restring the clothes line. The first one was fine 100' and finished half the line, which I had planned for. The second one was only 85' not 100'. 15' short of what I need to finish the job. That to me is unacceptable. I am minus 2 lines on the clothes line and I was not going to undo it and send it back, so I'm accepting my loss and will make due. Not buying another one because I don't need that much, just that extra 15' which I had planned. Measure before you start your project. It was the 5/32 line.

7/32 is the perfect size (thicker!) for outdoor clotheslines!
I'm so glad I went with the 7/32 size! The 5/32 seems like it would be way too small for the clothespin to grip very well. I really like that this clothesline has a fiber core instead of metal wire, as the old line at our house looked rusty through the really old faded, cracked outer plastic and was starting to get brittle. I'm not sure what the stretch over time will be like with this line, but it seems like a better option and I'll update my review after I've used it for a while. I will say that stringing this over such a long distance (50 ft span), it took two people to stretch it tight enough (my husband held on to the end wrapped around a wrench handle while I used a crescent wrench to tighten the nuts on the wire rope clamps we used. After I'd hung a load of clothes to dry, I could tell I wanted to tighten it some more, so we went through the process again and I'm really happy with how it turned out. I expect I'll have to tighten it up again in a few months, but that seems completely reasonable as I'd think there will be at least a little stretch over time.

Haven't used yet...
I bought this for an upcoming party where we'll be jumping double dutch (yes, we are between the ages of 35-50)! This clothesline is needed for jump rope, and it's not sold in stores. Can't wait to use it.

Prevents soiling to transfer to clothing
This cord is coated for the purpose of staying relatively clean. The air is full of unwanted stuff that will soak into the uncoated cord.
