Very underrated product. I have the regular racheting wrenches and the flexible head racheting wrenches. I like that it has an arrow to indicate tightening and nothing on the loosening side. It makes it easy to know which way it is going. I have used them through a variety of uses and they have not failed. I like my tools organized and the molded tool case holds that wrenches firmly and is easy to read the sizes. Perfect for my daily use.

This product is a fantastic find! It's reasonably priced, making it accessible for most budgets without compromising on quality. The product is exactly as described, and its usefulness cannot be overstated. I've found it to be incredibly practical and efficient in meeting my needs. The attention to detail is impressive, and the performance is on par with more expensive alternatives. I have a mobile auto repair business, but just started it about 2.5 months ago.Previously, I had the Yescom brand of these wrenches. They're okay, but if you get any kind of debris on them, it seems to get inside and cause the gears to slip. So far, that hasn't happened with the Prostormer brand.Right out of the box, the 19mm was very harsh feeling, it would just barely click. I oiled it up and that helped, but it still felt really rough. I messaged them through Amazon and provided a photo (which they didn't ask for). They sent me a new 19mm, no questions asked. It was shipped from China, so it took a few weeks. Either way, I was pretty happy with the customer service.I really like the case. I like the layout of the wrenches inside. The plastic tabs will fall off the moment you look at them. But that's with every blow-molded case. I have nearly 25 blow-molded case tools and on nearly every one, the locking tabs find a way to suck.I'm not a tool snob. I own a ton of Harbor Freight, and I've never owned any of the tool truck brands. To me, for the most part, a wrench is a wrench. These do very well at removing fasteners. I don't know what more to say. I highly recommend briefly soaking the gears in transmission fluid before use--just like I do with all ratchets.I'll keep you posted about this set.Update 05/29/2020: As far as I know, all of the wrenches are still working great.

Good product for the price point. The case latch broke the first time I opened it. It also has difficulties holding the wrenches in place. But the tools themselves work nicely and they are very nice looking, for what it's worth.

Ok, so it smelled like burning electronics when I opened it, and there was a bunch of residue and finger prints from the factory all over my wrenches. After I cleaned and oiled them, they are some top tier wrenches! The 'no skip sizing' really stood out as a reason to buy. As someone who works on a lot of imports, this was absolutely crucial, and in fact, the only ratcheting wrench set I found on Amazon to go down to 6mm, without skipping sizes.Something else that I love is that they appear to be SERVICEABLE! You break a ratchet, and you can replace the head!These folks have shown that budget/bargain wrenches don't have to be low quality.

The wrenches feel solid and I have not had any problems with them. Like any toolset there are good and bad.- I really like that there is an arrow imprinted on the head of each wrench. The arrow indicates that side of the wrench is for tightening. This means less time fumbling around, flipping the wrench over and over to figure out the correct direction to use to loosen/tighten a bolt.- I also like the number of wrenches in this set. Every size is represented from 6 to 19mm, no sizes were skipped.- The plastic case is nice to keep it all together, but the wrenches will fall out of their slots. Expect to have one or two from the upper side of the clamshell fall out every time you open it. I don't use the wrenches every day, so this I can live with.

The product inside looks good so far and yet to fully use it. But the case for it is damaged as shown in the picture. The packaging should include something to guard the corners as these materials are very easily breakable. Sucks that now I am stuck with a case that is broken for the price I paid, hopefully you can send me a new case.

I like this product so far, but haven't had much time to use it a lot.
