Good quality and a good price
The eggs are awkward to handle when hot more thought should have gone into it. When in use and hot the inner stainless steel holder can be held by the pan through its contracting and gripping on to it. Allow the pan to cool down if this happens and it will be OK. Just niggling points but points all the same. Overall the item is good quality and makes perfect poached eggs.

This set is the best overall value I have found
This is a very nice quality pan and my initial tries at poached (coddled?) eggs have nailed down a process that gives excellent results. I think this set would make a superb gift to anyone who has a "Jones" for eggs Benedict. I am glad I went for the best quality I could locate and did not rely on pricing alone. I believe this set is a better overall value. I use a little "barkeepers Friend" on the outside to spiff the copper right up (I am using a gas range). A little spritz of olive oil and the eggs come right out. The little pans also have enough room that extra large eggs fit just fine with room to spare.

Love it, solid, sturdy product
Love this one. We had another one before this one that just isnโt a solid a pan. Perfect for poaching all eggs. Great copper pan.
