Does the “I shape” tool have an aggressive edge for true gua sha?

No it's very smooth on both edges, one edge though is more slimmer than the other for the scrapping purposes

No, there aren’t supposed to be instructions. I’m sure there are YouTube videos but I just mimicked what my active release therapist did during office visits.
