I loved the bowls & I’ve lost 10 lb using the bowls. The plates are more expensive but I had good results with the bowls so I decided to purchase the plates for Thanksgiving. . These plates are better than other portion control devices I’ve used in the past. Other devices give you an extra item to wash & never fit my existing plates. Porcelain is easy to clean & they are durable. They are not thin light weight plates. They are sturdy & don’t seem easy to break. The porcelain is more expensive but over the long run I believe they would last longer than the melamine version.

Perfect! I needed a portion control plate and this one is perfect. More vegetables and less meat to get the vegetables up. Great dieting aid.

It makes getting the right size portions so much easier. I love not having to use measuring cups or just guessing. This makes it so much easier.

I have used these a few times so far. They are well made but a little too expensive for just two plates. I wish they had groves that separated the portions better because everything runs together on the plate and I feel the groves would be more effective in establishing boundaries on the portions. Again, I feel the price could be lower. I would have gave 5 stars if the price and portion shapes were better.

I bought these plates for myself and my adult daughter who recently came to stay with us to help out. We really love them. They are a great way to remind us of proper portions and help us to keep eating healthy.

Just found out hubby has type 2 diabetes and ordered these plates to help with portion control. They make it so easy! Fantastic learning aid!
