These candle holders are absolutely gorgeous and heirloom quality!! I was hesitant because of the price, but they were so worth it. I ordered these for my daughters first birthday as I am trying to make traditions in our new little family and they are exactly what I was hoping they'd be. The color is shiny and stunning. They are very durable and heavy in weight, which adds to the quality in my opinion. They look so beautiful on a cake and I am excited to see my daughter grow with them on her cake every year! Pros: heirloom quality, beautiful, heavy in weight, holding up well, great for traditions Cons: NOT dishwasher safe, you need two sets for double digit birthdays like "11".

I absolutely adore these silver birthday candle holders. They’re beautifully made and add such a timeless, elegant touch to any cake. The product it's self is great quality. Nice heavy metal. However the box I received was missing numbers 4 and 5. Extremely disappointing as I needed for a gift the next day. Very poor quality control.

I purchased this set and it's beautiful. It is a little on the more expensive side compared to others available, but I purchased as a gift and wanted something that was packaged elegantly and will last a long time. I paired it with some candles for a baby shower gift, and it was something different that the mother-to-be hadn't thought of/seen before. The only reason I rate it 4 out of 5 instead of 5 is because you have to buy a second set for same digit birthdays (i.e. 11, 22, 33, 44, etc.) so it really can't be used for every birthday/anniversary, but it will work for the majority. This would also be a great item for anyone who offers party/catering/dinner party services regularly as they can easily be customized with a specific number and packed up with any other dishes, trays, glassware, etc. being returned after the event.

Wish I had found these years ago! Classy, yes, but also love that we can display the year on a calendar without (a-hem) dozens of candles and risk burning down the house. We have two sets (for those double number birthday days). Love that we can keep a set of generic candles and these and not run out for specific or extra candles each birthday (there are six of us on our home).

Expensive, yes...especially if you buy 2 sets. However, the quality it phenomenal and they make even a slice of cake from a restaurant look like something extra special. I don't regret my purchase.

Beautifully presented and lovely, quality candle holders. They really add to a simple cake, but don't detract from something more elaborate. If I'd discovered holders like these 25 years ago, then I would have bought two sets for the 11, 22, 33 etc, however I've found found an alternative way for those occasions; making a mould and creating a chocolate number to sit beside its silver twin! An heirloom set for the celebration drawer. My daughter turned 28 yesterday, today our 33rd wedding anniversary, it will be my 54th birthday in two weeks so the holders, despite being an investment, are being well used.
