Does this include all attachments?

There are more attachments. However, I don't even have a use for all that are available. I am able to tell you that there are more attachments because I've looked online for the HV302 and have seen all that is available. If you have a hairy pet you may be interested in one of them. There's also a package for auto-cleaning attachments. The online site showing the available attachments could be of interest to you!

I ordered this item and used it twice and it broke . How do I return it?

Great question. I used mine one time and then the second time mine broke as well. Personally I just tossed it entirely.

How long is the cord?

The cord length I dont know the precise length but it is very long. I can actually go thru my entire length of my bedroom as well as in my hallway. Again the cord is loooong.
