Customers Love Them
I have a lot of customers who come to my desk and have literally nothing to do except wait around while I fix their computer issues. Now this gives them something to fiddle with and not be so bored. I actually find now my customers are in a better mood and actually have more patience now that the time waiting is not such a drag for them.
