Works as described
We have used this for a guitar and a ukulele and it works very well. If your instrument is totally out of tune then I recommend using the semi automatic setting for each string. This means that you tell the device which string you are tuning before you try and tune it. Automatic works very well provided the instrument you are tuning is not badly out of tune.

Where has this been the last 35 years!
What a great guitar tool! Super easy to use, just make sure of 2 things: 1) Make sure you set it to the right string, mute strings before moving on to the next string. 2) Make sure you're on the right string before you pluck the string, because if your not, it can over tighten the string and it will break the string. As long a you make sure of these things, it works so great, I couldn't imagine life without now!
