Speck Products StyleFolio Case & Stand for iPad Air 1 ONLY, Black/Poppy Red

This case is gorgeous in person. I just love the colors. It also looks extremely protective. I have no concerns about dropping the iPad because it should be well-protected. The horizontal viewing display works well and the slots seem to hold the iPad securely on my lap or on a table. It has four options, but the interior suede-like material has enough texture that it will sit in a few other orientations ok too if not bumped. The cutouts all work well for the new 2017 iPad even though this was designed for an iPad Air. And it fits like a glove. I did have concerns it wouldn't fit at first because I really had to apply some force to get it to snap into place, but once I did, it fits great and I didn't have to worry the iPad would fall out of the case at all. It also works with a Zagg glass screen protector in place.Unfortunately I had to buy an alternate case for use around my house because this is just too darn heavy and thick for everyday use. It doesn't fit into any of my iPad display stands (Lamicall S Stand, Anker travel stand - both purchased here on Amazon) or the slot in the Logitech K480 keyboard. It will be great for travel when I worry about protection I guess. Or maybe I'll switch back and forth when the mood strikes me. I didn't realize the interior is a canary yellow, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's just lovely in person. The turquoise looks just as pictured in the photo - very bright and vibrant. Not like in my photo attached which I took at night.

Seems to be a good case but I haven’t dropped my tablet yet to confirm.I’m not happy that the auto off/on sensor isn’t in the screen cover. My last four cases I’ve purchased (for different tables) have all had this. I’m not sure why this one doesn’t.

This is my second Speck iPad case. This first one lasted me 6 years and I’m hoping for the same with this one. I’m a little disappointed that it does not put the ipad to sleep when the cover is closed. My old one did that. So if that’s important to you do not get this case.

Got the teal and yellow combination for this case since it was a lot cheaper than the other ones and it didn't disappoint. It's great for the iPad fits perfectly and the built in stand facility is awesome. Nothing to complain at all. I did buy a screen protector separately to cover the screen from scratches and falls when the cover might be open and might experience a drop by the kids.

I love this case - it’s my second StyleFolio. I took one star off because the inside of the case was smudged with something dark. The case was in original packaging and appeared new otherwise so I’m not sending it back, but the inside was definitely very dirty from something!

It was kind of hard to get my iPad into the case, but once it was in it was perfect and snug, very pretty.

NOT for iPad Air 2!! Holes do not line up.

Speck usually makes decent things but this slipped through. The Glue holding the front cover isn't very good so be careful and don't let your kid hold your iPad in this case by any part except the plastic backing shell or.......

The iPad is well covered and protected. The case works brilliantly in landscape mode, but not good if you want to use iPad in portrait mode as no stand available for this. This is my only frustration.

Lo anuncian como compatible con iPad Air 2, sin embargo, los accesos para botones de volumen no están adaptados para el modelo, y lo más grave, la ranura de la cámara tampoco, por lo cual debes sacar el iPad para tomar fotos con la cámara principal. Fuera de eso, es un producto de buena calidad, pero mal anunciado.

Solo es pa IPad Air, No para IPad Air 2, lamentablemente no es compatible para los botones de silencio/bloqueo que no la presenta la Air 2 en un sitio igual que la Air. Los botones de subir y bajar volumen son diferentes también en tamaño y ubicación en ambos modelos Air y Air 2. En pocas palabras no puede usarse en la IPad Air2. Una carita triste :(

Se describe como case para iPad Air 2 y no es compatible con este modelo por lo que tuve que regresarlo.

Es de muy buena calidad, pero no coinciden los huecos para los botones de volumen y estorba a la cámara trasera, empiezo proceso de cambio o devolución
