I'm at a bit of a loss with this power bank and all of the other glowing reviews. I've tried using it a few times and while it does extend my phone's life when it's down to only a couple percentage points worth of power, it has never given my phone a full charge. Even if I completely leave the phone alone (no texts, no calls, no browsing, no emails, nada) during that time period. It's also very slow while it's not fully charging. I watched it for two or three hours last night, and by the time the power bank was down to 0, my phone was barely at 50% batter. It's a little odd. (my phone is less than a year old, charges quickly with its original charger, and holds a decent charge (for a Samsung Galaxy s4)).Conversely, my friend has a similarly sized external power bank from a different maker and her phone charges to full battery in lightning speed.I'm just not sure what to make of the fact that I'm having such a different result than other reviewers.

It did the job but not as well as the one my sister had...so I was disappointed!

Nice device to throw out. Total waste of time and money. Сharged my Samsung S5 for less than 30% after 1hr (from 52% to 78%), full device discharge.Listing lies:1) "almost one full charge to your Galaxy S5" - lie, 30% is not an almost full2) Second picture shows "1.5A output" - lie, on the back of device written 1A.Will return.

Takes a really long time to charge and 100% =50% on my iPhone 6

I was excited to use this for a trip over the holidays. Used it on the plane for 3 minutes. Stopped working. I am no longer able to return due to 30 day return policy. I am very disappointed in this power source.

Only enough charge to get my phone to 35%. Zero help for my tablet.

The device takes a very very long time to charge my phone; and it never charges much over 35-50%. It's nice to know how much power is left but doesn't work very efficiently.
