It's ALIVE!!!
This Enoki had the unfortunate privilege of being my guinea pig while I cut my teeth on mycology as a hobby. The initial innoculation was done sans flow hood with probably moderately good asceptic technique - in spite of this the culture has transferred to multiple mediums well & has been running for 2+ months now.

NO INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED
It would be great if this seller either A) sent ANY kind of instructions with the products or B) gave any instructions on the website. Apparently you just buy these and automatically know how to use them. Bought as a gift.
