**Q: Can I use this instead of hemming outdoor curtain bottoms?**
A: It depends on the fabric.  If it is 100% polyester, yes, you could do that.  If it has any cotton at all, it will burn and could start the entire curtain on fire.

**Q: Do you think this would cut artificial turf ?**
A: No. It will take forever.  It cycle every 15 seconds. and will NOT heat up enough to do a continuous cut.

**Q: Is this the same tool as for the king knife?  Can I get the knife for cutting my seat foam?**
A: That I don't know. This tool cuts and seals with heat. It will melt your foam where it touches.

**Q: Do y'all think this would cut carpet from the back ? Thanks in advance**
A: I have use it to cut low pile door rugs and it worked great. Sealed the edges and they didn’t fray.
