OMG! You have to try it.
This Chinese semi- hard sausage is absolutely incredible. I was at a friend's house for a graduation. She made most of the food, but everyone brought something to eat. One of the attendees brought a crispy rice dish with sausage that was amazing. I asked him what sausage it was and he said he didn't know, his mom made it! Lol! Typical teenager. I begged him to ask his mom (she didn't speak English, so I couldn't just call!) Next time I see him, I ask. He said he didn't know, some kind of Chinese sausage....hmmmm, that wasn't helpful. Before I went to the Asian market, I took a deep dive and searched the Internet. Well, lo and behold, the is a sausage called Chinese sausage. I took a chance, ordered through Amazon, and it was the same type of sausage! It is both sweet and savory. Greasy, as all sausage are, but I chop it into small pieces, Sautee with onions, mix in rice or egg noodles and it is so good! I even shared some of the sausages with my neighbors and they loved it too! This is my third time ordering and each time I order a three pack. The flavor is phenomenal! A chef's kiss for this product!!!

Show-er gone wrong
Unlike other brands of Chinese sausages (lap cherng) this after steaming becomes a big limp mess. Oily AF ... its like someone made bacon and it smells awesome but its not hard or crunchy but soft and breaks apart ... 100% would not buy again ... now what do i do with the 2.5 packs i still have left.
