Will the health department be happy with these strips?

The Chicago Health Dept. is fine with these.

I bought a tube of this back in 07/2020 to test the chlorine. now whatever i dip the test strips, it is all 'white'. does it have expiration date?

Did any of the other strips get wet? Sometimes, when your chlorine solution ratio with water is too high, it will come out “white”. Dilute chlorine solution with water 2-5 times, testing each time with a dab of strip to see if you get black to purple...Just need enough paper to show color. Good luck. Let me know if that fixed it?
