The best. My chiropractor introduced me to this. I now tape myself. I had my left meniscus removed when I was a kid. And whenever my knee feels a bit off, I put these on and ramp up my leg strengthening exercises. Never fails. Solid product and looks fantastic.

Fantastic. I have purchased almost 5 different types of kinesiology tape and this one is by far and aware the sturdiest, longest lasting, easiest to remove and non-skin irritating that I have yet to come across. The tape itself is a lot stronger/firmer (in a good way) than other tapes. I had it on for three straight days (showers and all) and finally decided it was time to take it off and see how my knee was feeling without it. It was sticky enough to stay put for the 3 days and through showers. The value of this tape compared to others is by far and away better than all others. I love this tap a lot and will now only be buying Dynamic Tape.

Discovered this product after a PT session. It helps so much better than case tape. I did not realize that there’s different strengths of this tape so to speak. The only problem is with the shipping. somehow it separates and I only get the lid instead of the actual tape, but Amazon has been great with sending a replacement.

First purchase of tape had me ecstatic about the quality and adhesion of the tape, I was able to wear the tape on my knee for 3+ days including in the shower with no peeling. Tape removal definitely pulled some leg hairs, but that's what I want in a durable tape. This appeared to be much better kinesio tape than the popular KT brand. FIVE STARS for the first roll! Second purchase of tape has me less satisfied. The tape has much less adhesion, perhaps due to a different or older batch. This tape easily peels from my knee and doesn't stay on well once wet. I'd rate this tape about on par with KT extreme, perhaps a little less sticky. Elasticity may also be slightly less than the first roll I purchased. THREE STARS for second purchase. Average rating of FOUR stars, giving the benefit of doubt that my second purchased roll was old and had lost adhesion.

Small calf tear was super painful and stopped me from running for awhile. Dynamic tape definitely helped me walk on day 2 and then exercise while rehabbing. I ordered this and KT extreme tape the same day I got hurt ....the Dynamic tape is much better in terms of support and adhesion. Very happy with this purchase and will always keep this on hand for any future injury.

Been using this tape for years. I’ve tried them all and this works best for me and looks best. The black is the strongest version of Dynamic.

Very strong. Works for me

I tore my ACL this spring and even with surgery and lots of PT I was still having patella pain walking down stairs or hills and squatting. My PT recommend Leuko Tape or KT tape. KT tape was too stretchy and didn't offer enough support. Leuko Tape is great but on hot days it gets uncomfortable, quickly. Dynamic tape has enough stretch to wear all day without the discomfort I had with Leuko tape but way more support than KT tape. If I was doing something physical for a short time I'd stick with Leuko tape but the Dynamic Tape is something I can hike or bike in and wear for a day or two at a time without issue. I've recommended it to many of my hiking and skiing friends.

I have Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and this tape travels with me everywhere either on my body or in my bag! It holds very well for up to a week, including in the shower and at the gym. I tried the more skin-friendly/milder version (light beige) and it didn't stick for me, but the hard-core black version here works great. It was recommended by my hospital OT who says that her patients prefer it over other sports tape (kinesio-tape) type brands, and I can see why - sticks better, more durable, better stretch, and less hard on the skin. I have somewhat fragile skin that tears easily and this tape so far rarely leaves a mark even after a week on the skin. Do recommend shaving where you're going to apply it first to make it less painful to remove, though, as with all tape!

I used this tape for the first time a couple months ago from my pelvic floor physiotherapist and it worked wonders! Would highly recommend for anyone dealing with endometriosis! The other tapes always come off so quickly after showering or taking clothes on and off. This tape lasts at least 5 days without any peeling.

Es ist wohltuend fester als andere Tapes. Ich habe mein Knie beim Sport damit versorgt. Bin mehr als zufrieden. Kann ich mit Überzeugung weiter empfehlen.
