I purchased this running belt for my four marathons challenge. My main concern was proper hydration without carrying too heavy items.The water bottle fits perfectly and the belt does not glide at all. It holds the Iphone with its massive cover , and there is enough room for gels/barsSo I do recommend!

Sent back, the large was for tiny large people. I am not a big person, but apparently I am not a tiny large either. Sizing is messed up. So if your a tiny large go for it. Haha 😂

GAME CHANGER! I don't like carrying a water bottle. Had a regular flip belt for years. Now I can have hydration that I don't have to hold and doesn't slosh around. Holds a Galaxy Note 9. Runs small, so if you have hips, go up a size!

Great for a short run and good addition on long trails to hold poles and an extra water bottle.

As others have said, this is virtually impossible to get on and off. I bought the S-M, and it was a little tight around my waist, but getting it over my hips or bust was nearly impossible. Hips were a complete no-go, and I barely managed to get it over my bust.It's possible that a L-XL might work, but I think it would be too big around the waist. I guess they made it this way to keep it light weight, but the fabric needs to be more stretchy or something.I am 5'6", 135 lb, and wear a 6 to an 8.
