Ear piece broke off the headset where you lengthen to fit head.
Ear piece broke off the headset where you lengthen to fit on first use, flimsy material. Not worth the price.

Poor screws resulting in headband breakage
The headphones function well enough but the screws holding the headband together are flimsy and soon give way. Only lasted 2-3 months before screws give away.

Not compatible with normal X Box One
Bought two for Christmas for my sons but arent compatible with all X Box One's instructions do state this too. Very disappointing.

Brittle plastic, snapped on 4th use.
Very poorly made. Sound quality is ok, inline mic seemed to perform well. For the 3 times I used them before the very brittle plastic snapped as I parted the phones to out them on my head. Avoid unless you have a head the size of a child's.

Fixed size headphones, great sound quality, fragile sides.
Well made headphones with good quality sound for listening to music and making calls. Was worried as other reviewers talked about sides snapping off and this is because the sides are screwed in so that you cannot slide it to fit your head size (see photo). You may be able to unscrew it and slide it in or out to fit but didnt try as it fit my head perfectly. My head is on the small side hence the video advertising the product shows it been used by kids so keep this in mind. For the price it is great value! Update: 1 week later and it has snapped. I've been careful with this headset every time I put it on but looks like previous posters are correct, very fragile sides that won't last. 5 stars down to 1 star.
