Jarrow Hyaluronic Acid 120 mg, Dietary Supplement, 120 Capsules

All I can say is wow! I bought these supplements for vanity, aka my face but my dry cracked heals are healing. I took my socks off to do my dreaded dry cracked heal maintenance routine and could not believe how good my heals looked. I have avoided sandles because my feet are dry and my heals cracked. I am so happy I can go sock free.

I bought these for joints as I know HA works well in horses and dogs. I don't really have a lot of joint pain anyway so not sure if it's the HA or not, but I feel great and the unexpected side benefit is my nails. They're growing like crazy and not breaking. Since this is the only dietary change I've had, I can only attribute it to the HA.

Great product here. I take this Hyaluronic Acid for a few different reasons. First and foremost, I take it for some joint aches that I have had off and on for the last few years. This supplement has helped me to eliminate the pain. I had pain in one knee from a prior injury, knuckle pain on one finger, and occasional neck and lower back pain as well. Between removing most dairy out of my diet and using this everyday I have gotten rid of these issues. If I have a minor injury, joint or muscular, it heals much faster as well in my experience using this. I have purchased several bottles over the last couple of years and will continue to do so. It also helps keep my skin looking so nice. It is like it plumps it up and gives it color, it has smoothed out wrinkles especially the 11's between the eyebrows. It is amazing for your skin! This has also helped with some bladder issues I had, like burning, frequency, etc. It seems to have healed my bladder or taken away the prior inflammation I had in that area. The pills are small and easy to swallow. You take two a day. Amazing supplement and brand by Jarrow. I've tried a couple other brands that were cheaper and always come back to the Jarrow one. Seems to give me the best results. I would recommend this product in a heartbeat, as it helps with a wide variety of issues.

I've been taking this stuff 2x a day for probably over the past 6 months. I can definitely tell it makes my skin look and feel more plump and hydrated, and I really can see that my face is a little fuller and firmer than it was before I started taking it. That said, don't expect miracles. It's just a supplement, and it can take like 6 months for your body to build collagen, so don't expect quick or dramatic results (you can help speed it along with red light therapy though, which is what I do). I also eat gelatin and take MSM, and both of these things help with joint and skin issues, but I was using them for years before I started taking this stuff (same with red light therapy - I'm always using either a rubylux bulb or an LED device). I think gelatin helps more with inflammation - like I eat it because it helps ward off inflammatory acne - plus, it's delicious in smoothies. Ultimately, I think MSM and gelatin both probably help any acne and joint problems I have more than hyaluronic acid (and they do it quicker), but that's just my experience (everyone's different!). I take this stuff more because I feel like it keeps my face (which has always been narrow/skinny) from looking haggard. It makes enough of a difference that I don't want to stop taking it. The only reason I took off a star is because I think it's a little expensive (or maybe I just resent the fact that I feel like I have to take it 2x a day for seemingly the rest of my life) and I'm not really sure I buy that Jarrow's proprietary "hyabest" formula actually makes it better. Last month I had to order a different (slightly cheaper) brand when Amazon was out of Jarrow's and I haven't noticed any difference since I switched to it. I'll update if that changes. UPDATE: so I guess it's not BS! I eventually had to go back to this brand after trying a different brand (think it was "double wood"). It costed less and had nearly 2x as much hyaluronic acid in it but it definitely didn't work as well. My skin gradually became drier and I dunno if some of this was the placebo effect or what, but I swear, I also started gradually looking all haggard again, though some of this was probably due to unrelated stress (still, that other brand definitely didn't help!). Sucks how price of this stuff has gotten even higher, but my face is finally starting to look better now that I'm taking it again.

I’ve been taking this Hyaluronic Acid supplement for about 2 months now, i bought it mainly for my aging and very dry skin. I’ve noticed my skin feels more hydrated it looks glowy overall and less dry and flaky, especially during the day. Pros would be it really made a difference on my skin versus topical creams. Cons would be it’s not an overnight miracle, my skin definitely looks a bit plumper and healthier with consistent use. Capsules are easy to take and gentle on my stomach, it doesn’t not have a bad taste or smell and easy to swallow. I’ll continue using it as part of my routine for skin health support it worth the price !! Healing my skin from within

I am unsure if the product worked as I would have liked. I finished the bottle as prescribed on the bottle but did not see any difference before and after using it
