DS Cobalt Teal Blue is a beautiful blue and great for mixing
Overall, DS watercolors are excellent to work with. The colors are intense and have an extensive range. Be careful when initially opening new tubes, as some colors will expand out of the tube quickly. This Cobalt Teal Blue is a beautiful teal blue and great for mixing.

Good dupe for Sleeping Beauty Turquoise
Truth is, I don't want to use cobalt. But look at it. And the price is so cheap. Cobalt Teal Blue is a Series 2 paint. Sleeping Beauty Turquoise is one of only four or five of Daniel Smith's most expensive, top-tier, Series 5 paints. The choice is yours. Stay wet my friend.

Daniel Smith Aquarellfarben in Tuben gehören aus meiner Erfahrung zu den hochwertigsten, sowohl was die Farbpigmente als auch was die Konsistenz angeht. Dieses Cobalt Teal Blue ist eine sehr schöne und intensive Farbe. Leider ist die Konsistenz der in der Tube gelieferten Farbe in diesem Fall fast pastös. Die Pigmente lassen sich nicht so problemlos mit Wasser lösen wie gewohnt. Angesichts des Preises von € 26,32 bin ich doppelt enttäuscht.
