Fantastic while it lasts.
It works great, and is a big help to,avoid the hassle of swapping cards. However, the first failed in less than a month, although I used it under a silicone cover. Bought a second one, which failed as well after a short time. Then I just gave up on this.

Saweet!
I purchased the one for my iPhone 3GS and it works perfectly. Through the Settings/Phone/SIM Applications menu, you can select which SIM to use on your unlocked iPhone. There is also a feature to Auto/SW which automatically switches from your primary SIM to the other whenever your service loses connectivity. However, this is NOT a product that permits you to connect to two different services concurrently. It is either one or the other with the option to automatically switch between the two when the current service drops connection. Personally I prefer to manually switch SIMs. This product is great for iPhone world travelers who purchase local SIMs of the foreign country they are in because you can easily switch out the second SIM since it hangs outside of the phone. Great product. Works well. Slightly improved signal. Highly recommended.

Useless
After reading the postive review, I bought this adapter. Turned out to be a piece of junk, and am returning it.a. It doesn't tell you on the website that it needs a Q Power FC5 iphone cover [...], until you get the adapterb. Even without the adapter (for keeping the SIM-2 out of the way), SIM-1 does not fit into the SIMCARD slot of the iphone and just sticks out, with the phone not recognizing it.Stay away

Not for Iphone 3gs
Not worth the money if you have a Iphone 3gs. device put pressure on the display screen that causes permanent damage.

It works, but not instantly!!
If you're a bit dumb like me, it took me a little while to figure it out. So for those of you out there that are as dumb as me.You'll need a gel case to house the second SIM. Once fitted go to SETTINGS and select PHONE. At the bottom of the page you should see SIM PIN & SIM Applications. If you click the SIM Applications it will take you to the Q Dual SIM Screen with options to select SIM1, SIM2 & Auto/SW. Not sure about the Auto as it takes a bit of time to switch between the two and login to the Carriers. Usually the call has been dropped by that time and you've missed it. Unless you use an Answer Machine, then you can call them back.Good luck.

Good but think about what you want
Bought the dual sim, and it works well. You can switch between sims really easily, it takes a few seconds to switch between the two sims but its fairly quick. It will also switch automatically every few minutes.The bottom line is only one sim is active, so you can always miss a call on the other one. If you set it up to auto switch you can find yourself missing a lot of calls and always picking up voice mails. Works best if you use one number during the day and one at night.

yes it works but needs to be permenantly encased as the second sim slot dangling out of the phone is rather fragile

dual sim for iphone
This is an excellent product does what it stats not tried auto switch over but easy to change between sims using general settings menu. Only problem some times does not recognise both sims are still in the phone.menu not visible switch off and on cures problem,has not yet caused an issue diverted 1 number to the other.
