I have had many nose hair trimmers in the past, electric and manual. This one runs smoother and is more powerful than all the others (well perhaps not as powerful as a manual trimmer - but does a better job!). Is very efficient and vacuum feature is good and avoids additional clean up (keeps wife/partner happy at least). I think the price is reasonable for a quality item that should last for a decent time. Some of the other electric nose trimmers I have brought over the years May work ok to start with but do not last long - and none of them do as good a job - that is one reason I turned to manual trimmers which work reasonably but are less convenient and can pull at hairs. This one is very pleasant and comfortable to use and easy to clean. Would have been nice if it came with a bag/storage case like some others (I have used one from an old trimmer which no longer works). One other feature which it is missing is eyebrow trimmers - which would be nice but not the main reason I brought this trimmer. Update: January 2024 - trimmer has stopped working. Looks fine, have changed batteries and tried different things to get it to work again with no success. A few times earlier I had to wiggle batteries around to get a good connection but that do not work this time. Had hoped would last longer but did a good job while working.

Great product to address nose hair, ear hair and facial hair. (Yes, I know, not a great subject for discussion but ...) I puchased mine four years ago and it does a great job. It's very easy to use. Operates on two AAA alkaline batteries and don't switch to lithium--I tried it and the motor didn't run the same so back to alkalines. I especially like the fact that the trimmer vacuums the clipped hairs but is still washable. It's a little fussy for disassembly and reassembly but if you take your time and don't rush it, it's easy-peasy and makes the cleaning process go much more smoothly. It does a great job trimming unwanted hair and works beautifully. I've used mine every couple of days over the last four years and it still works like new. It is a little more expensive than other nose hair trimmers I've seen (and tried) but it is definitely much higher quality, also.

This device works well. I've never had to change the battery yet and its been over a year. If there's a flaw its the head detaching accidentally. It requires a little twist to clean and I've inadvertently turned it too far and had the top come off, and also have had the same thing happens when taking off the cover. I know just leave the cover off.

works great. had a different panasonic model that was smaller but didn't work nearly as well. this one cuts well and the little vacuum seems to work as advertised. only complaint is the cap attaches so tight that sometimes when you remove it it pulls the blade attachment off. just an inconvenience.

Best nose trimmer I’ve had. Powerful enough for my gnarly tree trunk hairs but safe enough I haven’t cut myself with it. The different cleaning options are great too. It does go through batteries pretty fast but worth it.

The trimmer itself works really well, however the lid design causes the blade to dismantle itself every time I put it away, and now the blade cap part has become permanently stuck in the lid (totally seperated from the blade) rendering the trimmer inoperable. I contacted Amazon asking for a refund or replacement, and they directed me to Panasonic, who told me I have to contact Amazon. I have received no help. If you have read this review and are still considering purchasing this, I would advise you to save yourself time by just flushing your money down the toilet instead.

Finally, a nose trimmer that works! I have bought 2 or three low cost trimmers over the last 20 years. They all barely work. They would take 10 minutes of in and out of my nostril to remove a single hair. Always was a choir to not have unsightly hair hanging out of my nose. I put the battery's in this and turned it on and it sounded turbo charged. It took seconds to trim out my nose. You get what you pay for. By cheap, get cheap product. This works, which makes it worth every penny. I will update if it quits on me within a few months.

Thing works so well! Tickles the crap out of my nose as it shreds everything it touches (hair). It does not touch the skin with the whirling blades, and really cuts the hair down like a shave. It also sounds like a motorcycle with no pipes or a jet when walking up on it on the tarmac. So loud! But it works well, and I have used it for over three years now. Changed batteries 2-3 times!!! It keeps running like a champ, highly recommend.

This item is great far better than others I've bought on the market. BUT I notice the guarantee states valid only in the USA. This is strange as offered on Amazon I would have thought product would have a worldwide guarantee ?? Therefore buyer beware

Nothing else comes close, the power, the vaccum mechanism, and the design are all incredible. One flaw however might be that when opening the cap sometimes the nose piece flies off the device, a bit annoying but a small price to pay for a great device.
