New Logitech Unifying USB Receiver for Keyboard K230 K250 K270 K320 K340 K350 K750 K800

Actually, my order never arrived BUT my friend had a previous order and wasn't using it - so I got to use it. It works great! Didn't know how easy it was to set it up - just download the software from logitech so you can pair it with the USB and your keyboard/mouse and it is ready to work! ... now I've got 3 sets of keyboard because I never knew all I need to do was to do a simple download of software to make my keyboards work .... this is a very smart move from Logitech. Now I am forever loyal to their products - the entire ecosystem of products makes it very easy to switch in between. Loved it! Highly recommended it.

If the connection does not work, go to Logitech website and get their Unifying software. After I ran that, my M570 mouse and K270 keyboard both worked. Wish I had started there, because I was pretty frustrated until I used the software. Hope this helps.

Does NOT work with model M/K270. I bought this for work and stupid me, I assumed it would work. I ended up spending almost thirty bucks on the same model at Target at the last minute, almost got in trouble at work being late logging in because I literally had ten minutes to find a working keyboard.. Could have bought something much nicer online, had I not been fooled into believing this was the better, cheaper, more sensible option.. Now I've got two keyboards and mice of the same model AND a worthless dongle. I guess I have replacements if anything ever breaks but... Wow. Very disappointed in the misrepresentation on compatibility. So now I gotta go return this, and I work from home so honestly that's why I had it delivered in the first place, so I wouldn't have to leave. So this is for devices that have the unifying logo on it, ONLY. So if I don't return this, I've got a ten dollar useless dongle, or I'm committed to buying Logi so this isn't a worthless piece of plastic floating around my drawers.

Works like a charm. I lost my original receiver because I didn’t store it in the keyboard like I should have 😵‍💫. Pairing was super simple. New receiver still fits in the receiver storage area on the keyboard which is nice. Read some reviews on other listings where people said the were getting fake receivers (not Logitech). This listing is genuine. If the receiver isn’t genuine it’s a very very convincing fake. Looks exactly like my old one and came with a Logitech instruction manual.

I had purchased a keyboard and mouse on the secondary market and soon realized that the provided USB Receiver was not working with the keyboard. Due to this, I placed both the keyboard and mouse in storage with the impression that I would "fix" the issue later. Fast forward three months and I decided to give this Unifying USB Receiver a chance and I am glad I did. And yes, I did confirm that both my keyboard and mouse where compatible with this receiver. It was quick and easy to set-up and in no time, I was using the keyboard and mouse. My only regret was not purchasing this earlier.

When I got this item there were no instructions in the package nor anything else related to the product. It came in a envelope from China. I plugged it in to the USB port and then removed the transmitters: one for the mouse and one for the keyboard that it was supposed to replace. They are both dead. I do not have a clue as to how it works nor do I have any contact information on how to get questions answered regarding this. After inquiring with the vendor using the Amazon system they gave me a link to download the drivers and I was able to get it working just fine.

No problem with the item. Logitech dongles are pretty reliable with no issues. However, I never received this. :P I lost the original that came with my K-800 keyboard and needed to replace it. I have no mailbox at the residence and the item never made it to me. Contacting the seller directly resulted in a speedy, helpful and courteous response. They only use USPS as their shipper. David provided an immediate refund to my credit card account. No difficulty with his business. Just be sure you have USPS service and a mailbox available if you order from them. :)

I have a Chrome Book. Initially I bought just the mouse and later added the keyboard, meaning I had TWO USB Receivers/Dongles. The equipment interfaced beautifully. Then I ordered another Chrome Book as well as the set, Logitech Wave Keyboard and Mouse; which means I only had one USB Receiver/Dongle. While the mouse interfaced with the new Chrome Book as expected, the keyboard through the OS into an absolute MESS! I exhausted every viable option: The modem (even had it replaced), I spoke with internet techs, I phoned the Chrome Book manufacturer's tech who suggested I phone Logitech's tech, which I did. He wanted me to call back when I could trouble shoot the problem(s). When I phoned back and spoke with a level 2 tech I was told that Logitech's Wave Keyboard and Mouse weren't designed (my word) to interface with the Chrome OS and that it was my mistake because I did not read what was noted on the box. By that time 30 days had passed so there was no way I could exchange or returned the equipment. Then it dawned on me that having another receiver/dongle may solve the problem. So I phoned Amazon and had a chat with their CS Agent. She contacted the rep for Logitech who refused to comp an extra receiver. He refused to acknowledge that the receiver was defective or insufficient. So acting on my hunch and to my satisfaction, I purchased an additional one. Now that I have TWO receivers the equipment works as expected. My point: For Chrome Book users the Logitech receiver that came with the set is not strong enough to support both the mouse and keyboard... You may need TWO, which means you'll loose an additional port but unlike what the Logitech techs and the rep said, it does work with Chrome Book!

The purpose is met. This helped me in saving my Bluetooth keyboard. I had lost the Bluetooth receiver of my keyboard and luckily it was a unifying device and Amazon offered the receiver as well. The installation is easy by downloading the unifying software and follow the instructions. Very happy with the result

Best option if you have lost the default nano receiver. I will never loose it again.
