I use an alcohol prep wipe to clean my skin of oils and anything that might interfere with the adherence of it to my skin. I use the little attached sticker to write the date I placed it on and the date that it needs to be changed and then cover my pain patch. It fits over the 100 MCG patch perfectly with enough leeway to cover over each edge by about a half centimetre, completely sealing the patch in and on my skin without budging at all until I remove it. Is it only sticky on the edges?** A: After pulling off the backing on the sticky side, place the dressing over wound. Smooth down the outside edge of the dressing after removing picture frame. This particular clear dressing will let the wound breath, keeping it clean and assisting in the healing process.
