Can you talk to people on a party chat with these?

Yes you can. You can party chat both wirelessly when the headset is fully charged and you can still use party chat while plugged in charging the headset; I’ve done so myself.

So it’s not Bluetooth? The whole reason I bought these was for that...

They only work with the dongle that is included Not Bluetooth PS4 and PC is no problem

Has anyone else had trouble with shipping? In other words not receiving your product on time?

I received mine earlier than planned. But with COVID going on people may be in quarantine or shippers are falling behind. Right now a lot of people are out of work due to positive tests.

Does it have a wire to use instead of using it wireless

It comes with a short wire that plugs into the PlayStation to charge but it doesn’t come with a long enough one to use it wired, no.
