If you're itching all over after using this soap you may be allergic to one or more of the ingredients. I checked the ingredients and did a patch test on my grandson before washing his whole body with it to be safe. It's the best course to make sure he wasn't allergic to it. There are other soaps to help with itching. If you know your allergy triggers check the ingredients of each one before you buy and it'll save your wallet and your skin in the long run.
