Daily Unisex Underwear Maximum Disposable Incontinence, 48 ct

As a caregiver, I have bought several different brands of adult pull-ups and have noticed that even though the design of adult diapers is similar across brands (i.e., they are disposable underwear with absorbent padding in the crotch), beyond this basic design, there are variations in form and fit between brands such as waist softness/flexibility, pad thickness, leg hole size, etc. IN MY OPINION, if I had to scale the major brands I have bought (i.e., Depend, Tranquility, Prevail, Tena, and Surecare), I would place Depend on one end of the scale followed by Tena and Prevail in the middle, and finally Surecare on the other end. I always buy the most absorbent pad design of each brand. The Depend pull-ups are somewhat snug fitting and appear to be designed to function more like padded underwear than a diaper. They are good for active individuals but may not be as comfortable around large waists. Tena underwear is similar to Depend in snugness and fit. The Prevail pull-ups are more flexible with a softer, more relaxed fit around the waist and a somewhat thicker pad than the Depend brand. Both the Prevail and the Depend seem to be fairly absorbent, so pad thickness may only be an issue in fit rather than absorbency. The Surecare pull-up has the softest, most loose fitting waist of the these brands but has a thinner pad than the prevail. They seem to hold less liquid than the Prevail but are probably the most comfortable in terms of softness and waist flexibility. Of course the compromise is that the loose waist can ride down if the individual is very active. I didn't include Tranquility underwear on my scale because they are advertised as an overnight solution. The Tranquility pull-ups have a flexible waist with medium stiffness and a large pad. The large pad may limit their comfort during daytime activities. I notice some Tranquility reviewers have complained about leakage, but I have never had one leak. In conclusion, I really like the performance of the Prevail underwear. It strikes a good balance of absorbency and relaxed fit so five stars. Of course, I would suggest you try products from several different manufacturers to find the most comfortable choice for your application. UPDATE (July 3, 2014): I just wanted to update my reviews since I have tried the Attends Super Plus pull-ups. I really like the Attends. They are about the same price as the Prevails, but have a somewhat stiffer, tighter waistband and a slightly wider pad than the Prevails. In fact, coverage and absorption seem to be slightly better than the Prevails during extended wear. The Prevails are still my "go to" solution, but the Attends nicely fill the niche between the Prevail fit and the Depends/Tena fit. Anyway, IN MY OPINION, this is how I would rank the adult pull-ups that I have bought. Stiffest waist band, tightest fit, most like underwear, good for active daily use. 1. Depends 2. Tena 3. Attends 4. Prevail 5. Surecare Loosest, most flexible waist band, relaxed fit, good for large waists and limited movement.

Wow! Thank God these Prevail disposable panties are exactly what I wanted. They are true to size. I am a 73 y.o. woman. I am 5' 8" tall and I weigh 270lbs. When they arrived today (4 packs of 12 _2XL) I tried one on and it fits. Stretchable & still just perfect for me. Before my mom passed at 85 y.o. in 2016; she wore only Depends brand. But she was only about 155 lbs then. I thought I would wear Depends also, but, I couldn't find the size that I needed. Note this: THEY DONT COME WITH DISPOSABLE WRAPS. SO, I LINED MY BATHROOM TRASH BEND WITH PLASTIC BAGS FOR DISPOSAL. I hope that this info is helpful for you! Thank you Prevail & Amazon with helping me make the right decision. I don't think anybody likes wearing disposable underwear. I have tried several different brands, this brand is one of the better ones. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it a 7. It is a good value for the price. You also have the choice of ordering unisex or womens. i am a female, have tried both and like the female fit better. Fit is true to size. Will order again

Great product; simple to use; no skin irritation;

I've been buying the 360 Breezers for many years and I've been happy with them except I would prefer a pull-up style. The description of these have me the impression that these were essentially the same but in a pull-up design. I'm very disappointed in these for two reasons: 1) I wear the 360 Breezers in a size 3 and they fit perfectly. Looking at the chart for these I clearly fall into the 2X size on the chart. These in the 2X are WAY WAY to big for me which is confusing and disappointing. 2) These are not even close to the absorbency, leak residence, and just overall comfort. I'm going back to the 360 Breezers. The side connectors work well I just thought a pull-up would be a little more convenient. Unfortunately, These are just no where near the overall quality of the 360 Breezers so I continue to recommend them as the best adult "diapers" available.

I want a smaller size but could not get it changed. Please send me an extra large size. What I am getting is to big!

These are highly rated for good reason, I absolutely love these, and 100% stand behind this brand for it's high quality and effectiveness! I have issues with frequent peeing and sometimes I can't make it to the bathroom in time so I wear these as an insurance policy so I can't really speak on leakage and hold capacity. But I can say that they're comfortable, have a great design and aren't too bulky.

The ad says a case that is not the case its simply one pack of protective underwear.

My husband tried a few different brands and these are the most comfortable and do the job they are meant to do. They also have come quicker than stated when we order them.

So having a hard time with COVID getting the standard always brand we normally get for family. There isn't many options for 2x, so I gave these a try. Wasn't expecting much, but pleasantly surprise. Fits well, a little "heavier" than the Always but better that than too thin. Size label goes in the back (printed not a tab) with no bows or lines. I'm thinking this us Uni-sex not womens/mens. Seems to be a great replacement option till things get back to normal.
