Who needs a restaurant with this in their kitchen?
The only reason I dinged it a star was because it had a substantial dent when I got. I straightened it best I could, it's still perfectly functional and I love cooking on it.

Great Addition to the Kitchen
I took a chance thinking for the price I didn’t have much to lose. Turned out, this is one great item here is my pros and cons list: Pros: 1 Large enough for a family of 4. 2 Pretty even heating surface with hottest spot in the center. 3 East to clean and the grease catch is fairly large 4 110v and comes with plug making it plug and play. Cons: The only thing I don’t like is that the Dial is Celsius not Fahrenheit.

Simple to use, even if you've never used a grill before!
I absolutely love my grill. I cook on it every single day for my family of 8. The heat is highest towards the center, but there's about a 2 inch space on each side that doesn't get as hot. When im cooking I just utilize this space for foods that are done but need to stay warm. The only downside is - even when you have the temperature set to 0, it's still producing heat, so when im done using it I have to completely unplug it, but im okay with that. The grill comes ready to use. No putting cords on or anything like that. Theres a layer of oil on it to keep it from rusting, just wipe it off and you're ready to go! It also is very simple to clean. While it's hot, pour a tiny bit of warm water on it and wipe it clean! I definitely recommend this product!

Takes about 15 minutes to heat up but it works great the knob reads Celsius but I have an infrared heat gun to monitor temperature and Google for the conversion

Some things should be purchased in store!
Not for indoor use. Not easy to clean. Arrived with a big dent on the side. Didn’t notice u til completely out of box.
