Glass Single Flared Straight Retainer: 14g 3/8"

ok, ok, ok, it's funny. what I ordered is not what I got. it was as small/shorts as I feared with my somewhat thick earlobes. they seem a little smaller than 10g. what was given to me is something I wanted a few weeks ago but were supposedly out of stock then. don't get me wrong, I do like these but the flare is really small and go right my ear. these would have been perfect when my piercing was still fresh and needed to hide from work, but now it's just a little too late. I will definitely keep, in my opinion you can never have enough glass. I keep these as a back up incase something was to happen to my curved 1/2 10g retainer (my favs).

Worked for me. The director didn’t even notice my cartilage piercings until production was almost over. He told me that the retainers didn’t read from audience. Only problem is the tiny bands that keep them on are easy to lose and hard to find.

If you are considering making this purchase, please bear in mind that they are only going to send you ONE item. Not one for each ear--literally just one little glass piece.I feel like that could've been made a bit more clear, personally. But that's okay.It arrived on time and in good condition, regardless. It was also quite comfortable.

The most effective and comfortable retainer I have worn. However, I am a bit of a klutz and found that it breaks VERY easily - especially at the base. It would be great if I could afford to keep several on hand and replace it when it inevitably snaps, but I can't. (I have not had it shatter in a way that is dangerous - it snapped cleanly and didn't hurt me at all).

Works well. Would be 5 stars if replacement or two for the little band that holds it on were included.

I barely got this on Monday and it's now Thursday and I lost the retainer overnight! The back piece to hold the retainer in fell out twice while I was cleaning it with a qtip and I lucky found it but lost it again this morning so there goes my $8 and not to mention my piercing closed.

I bought this to temporary replace my newer piercing for surgery. It worked out perfectly!

The post could've been made shorter.I loved it, BUTTTT I'm upset with myself for spending $10 on something so clear and small. Lost it the second time I wore it.Went to Walmart and bought a 6 pack of the plastic ones for $5
