First I was shocked by how small. However, after I used it I realized a little goes a long way. The ginger kick add wonderful complexity to a salty seasoning. I highly reccomend this sauce.

Added this to all my recipes calling for soy sauce and was delighted by the better flavor

Tastes great and tenderizes too. I marinate my fish and meat with it.

I first had some of this when I ordered some hello fresh. Now I put it on all the meat I cook. The value is good and the packaging is great. Highly recommend.

Have been mixing this with different ingredients to make sauces. This has made poke possible for at home! Absolutely love the flavor.

Mix some with a box of silken tofu, and jazz it up with a touch of sesame oil and gochujang. Delicious! A bit pricey, and bought on a whim. I don't regret it, but might think twice next time.

I use Umami over my dumplings. So yummy
