What a relief!
These underwear are great. I have issues with needing to get to a toilet right away and when one isnt available i can have embarrassing leakage. And most of the time this is when I am out on the road or in a public place where bathrooms arent easy to find. Since my wife bought me these protechdry pants I havent had any embarrassing issues. I was skeptical and felt a bit weird needing a product like this but they are great. Very comfortable and look just like regular underwear. They wash well in the washing machine and I try to line dry as suggested by the makers but they have been through the dryer with no problems a time or two. The ONLY problem I have with these is the price. I would like several more pairs but my budget doesnt allow for buying more right now. I am glad i at least got the "buy 4 get 1 free" deal. Since they were new to me I almost opted to just buy 1 pair to try them out but I am happy I got have 5 pairs. So if you are a guy who is stressed out by leakage/peeing issues I can tell you these have been a great solution for me.

These appear to be working well for a larger teen and giving him dignity
Grandson still has problems at night (age 10). He is a sound sleeper and doesn't wake. These appear to absorb very well and give him a new sense of dignity because they don't look like diapers. He likes the sleek feel of the pants and the black color. They wash and dry well and I'm very pleased with the product. They are expensive but I ordered the 5 pack so that he could have a fresh one available each day between washing times. The medium fit him fairly well (he is size 12-14 in boys jeans). The small would have been too small. Thank you for providing this product. (would appreciate even more discount for larger quantity.

Keeps Me Dry All Day
After prostate cancer surgery and a recurrence eight years later that led to radiation treatments, I am ever so slightly incontinent. These are great briefs and very absorbent. It won’t work for big leaks, but for me they’re perfect. The only downside to them is that they cannot go in the dryer and they take a long time to air dry.

Not as good as their black cousins
After 6 months, they will smell although not to others. They developed a hole below the absorption pad around 5 months. This might be due to sizing - so go big. I’m not happy with the white. I am satisfied with value and performance. ORIGINAL REVIEW: These beat the Depends and such for those with urinary incontinence due to prostatectomy or other problems. They wash and dry quickly. These work well with travel gear. They do not have a front fly, but that has not been a problem. The darker colors have less staining. Because of the elastic, you really do not want hot water or bleach. There will be some discoloration over several months, but none of us wearing them are in it for fashion.

They work as advertised
I had prostate surgery so unfortunately I leak urine. I have tried the pad inserts. The pad inserts have a bad urine smell as I leak urine (They stink). Occasionally, I also would leave the pads in my under wear before I washed them. Well, I must be honest before my wife washed them. Yuk. I really like the Pro-Tech-Dry Incontinence boxers. They absorb the urine without feeling wet and better yet, I do not notice any urine smell. They are very comfortable. I bought 5 pair and liked them so much that I bought another 5 pair a week later. I highly recommend them.

Quickly developed holes
I purchased ten pairs of these pricey underwear. I have had to sew the bottom cup where it meets the fabric on 6 pairs because they quickly developed holes. I hand wash or wash them in a garment bag and they are air dried. It is crazy that these expensive underwear are so poorly made. Double stitch the seams or something because this is ridiculous. Edit: lowered my stars to 1 because now I have had to sew all ten pairs. I will be shopping for something different in the future.

Fit/Sizing is not accurate and runs very small
A good product EXCEPT the FIT/sizing is not accurate and runs very small. I normally wear an XL but I saw they ran small so I ordered an XXL, and that I can barely squeeze into. But they don’t make a XXXL I’m making them work by stretching them out before I put them on. Hopefully they will get their sizing accurate as they aren’t inexpensive.
