That ear particularly has an issue so I've had to go to the ear doctor once a year to clean out my ears because the Q-Tip pushes the wax further and further in. This small device works great! It can't reached the ear drum so you simply push it in your ear... it's edges are very soft and smooth so they won't cause damage. Then you pull back to remove the wax on the inner drum. You have to do this about ten times to work around the circle of the inner ear.
