It’s my favorite treat!The texture isn’t dry and super crunchy, its firm but perfect compared to some other keto cereals/granolas I’ve had before.I usually get Sola and this for me is much better.The only downside is I wish you got more for the money. It’s low sugar , low carb but not over sweetened with stevia or monk fruit or another which give it that weird aftertaste. Some cinnamon and 4-6 oz of plain whole milk Greek yogurt.This is a really nice flavor to mix in with plain yogurt. But it is not cheap I buy it once a month last a week if you use a small amount in the yogurt. Fairly healthy for keto.
