Bought this to replace a dodgy Chinese one that never showed correct results. Got this on Amazon prime day with price reduced and a good buy as I needed a good one to monitor my blood pressure and to do a ECG which gives excellent results with the app showing everything in good detail results. With it can see how my blood pressure is doing and ECG keeping a check on heart so I recommend this to anyone who needs to keep their heart and blood pressure under control.

It's expensive, and at this price point it ought to have the case included. I have 6 years of data in the Withings app, from moveecg and scanwatch. I tried an Omron pipeless BPM but found connect through to the Withings app rather clumsy through Android Health Connect, especially with time of recording not transferred. The Omron squeeze to take readings was more painful than their fully manual. I returned to Amazon while I could. The scanwatch already provides ECG, but this Core offering a valvular check looked interesting. After a week of twice daily readings I was close to returning in disgust as the stethoscope positioning proved difficult to find with any consistency. Most recordings were dismissed as being too noisy, even in a quiet environment. But then I managed, but it needed the stethoscope placing forward of my left side and on bare skin - perhaps my shirt fabrics are noisy? I got the starter of 4 readings for the app to analyse - normal. I'm happy, now, to keep it. Just need to understand why I have high blood pressure as I don't fit the stereotypical body!

It is very good and pretty dumb too. It operates flawlessly and seems to do what it says on the label. It is of a good quality construction. It uses a Micro USB for charging, a legacy fitting which is far less substantial than USB C. They need some care so as not to damage them. Why do this on such an expensive product? More seriously... My old Withings BPM would fire up the app on the phone and I could see the results as they came in and then decide whether I needed a further reading. It is easy to use a phone to control the procedure. This device does not do that. This device can be used separately from the app and no phone is needed. The readings go straight to your account in the cloud and they are on you phone the next time you open the app. That is nice. However it does not show its progress on the app and you have to crane your neck around to read the readout on the device. That is very uncomfortable. This device so desperately needs to show its progress in the app especially as choices need to be made as the procedure progresses. These choices are entered by swiping the tube on the device, or holding the metal part with your other hand for heart readings. But you have to crane your neck to see when to do that. The app desperately needs an upgrade for this.

Overall the your blood pressure reading and ECG. This is excellent. But the stethoscope is pointless. It never records anything and is always inconclusive. Even with the latest firmware 841. It still doesn’t record anything. My Apple Watch can do an ECG as can a few other watches. Personally I’d save the money and buy Withings cheaper blood pressure only machine. Save your money if your buying this for all the feature.

The cuff is a generous size, which was my main concern. It took me a couple of attempts initially to place it properly for the reading to work, but never had a problem since. The only problem I has was interpreting the instructions from the web page properly. Probably me being dim. The key point to note is once the reading has finished a line of dashes appears. To change the user to another person registered on the device you need to swipe on the line until the chosen user's name appears. The battery life appears to be very good. I have used it twice a day for about 7 weeks on 1 initial charge and it is still showing 68% full. A good bit of kit. Glad I spent the money.

Most awkward BP reading device ever. You practically have to wrestle with the device while taking your reading which defeats the purpose. The stetoscope never works tried it in every possible way, the app says we will guide you now to take a reading and never starts just spins. Just a terrible device for that amount of money, there is now way the BP is accurate after having to work that much to take the reading.

Fantastic blood pressure monitor that effortlessly records my statistics to Apple Health via their app. Unlike most monitors I don’t feel like my arm is being ripped off, the pressure is fairly gentle. Connecting to my phone is effortless and the app is well put together. There’s also a 3 reading mode completely ruling out the need to get a calculator and average your readings.

Expensive compared to so many bp monitors available in Amazon but this is well designed and made. There are a couple of things that took a while to get right in use. 1. The velcro strip keeps sticking too easily which makes it difficult to place the bad correctly, I found I turned the band around so the control unit is virtually under your arm, this allows you to wrap the velcro over without it getting stuck, you then turn the while thing around so the control unit it at the top as suggested. 2. The ECG and stethoscope sound recording can be difficult to get right, after searching on the net for few days, I found the best way to get the sound recording to work is to bring the stethoscope sensor to the front of the chest so it above the nipple, like crossing your arm, this tends to work most of the time, instead of the illustration in the booklet.

Ho acquistato questo misuratore di pressione poiché in cerca di un prodotto che garantisse uno standard qualitativo superiore a qualunque altro ed anche perché spinto dall'apprezzamento per il Brand Withings, che ormai rappresenta un sinonimo di qualità per le tecnologie mediche. Nonostante qualche recensione negativa ho deciso di dargli una possibilità, viste le avanzate tecnologie integrate, mancanti sul modello meno costoso BPM Connect, e sulla maggior parte dei misuratori di pressione, se non tutti. Dopo più di un mese di utilizzo posso elencare tutti i pregi ed i difetti delle tre funzioni principali del dispositivo, che mi sento di consigliare assolutamente, ed anche qualche chicca che probabilmente qualche recensore rimasto deluso non conosceva. 1) Misurazione della pressione La misurazione della pressione è accurata, ma non precisissima come può essere quella di un modello manuale. Nonostante ciò il prodotto svolge egregiamente il suo lavoro, ma consiglio di aumentarne ulteriormente la precisione impostando a X3 il numero delle misurazioni. Il prodotto eseguirà una media delle tre misurazioni e mostrerà un valore più preciso sul display fatto di led RGB presente sul tubo bianco. Presente anche una parte tattile per la selezione dell'utente a cui attribuire la misurazione. Un grosso valore aggiunto che mi sento di specificare è l'invio dei dati tramite WIFI (di cui è provvisto) verso il cloud Withings e l'applicazione Health Mate, che raccoglie tutte le informazioni sulla salute ed è capace di fornire indicazioni precise ed utili consigli basati sui dati registrati, tutti inseriti in grafici di facile comprensione e basati sui colori del semaforo (gravità). Dati che possono essere inviati istantaneamente al proprio medico. Sotto questo punto di vista l'ecosistema Withings risulta imbattibile, potendo riunire i dati di bilance smart, contapassi, qualità del sonno e molto altro, favorendo la comprensione e la conoscenza di argomenti che riguardano la salute, che spesso ignoriamo. 2) Elettrocardiogramma (ECG) Una volta effettuata la misurazione della pressione si attiverà l'elettrocardiografo integrato, ed il dispositivo chiederà di appoggiare la mano destra sulla parte metallica del tubo. La misurazione è precisa e permette anche di ascoltare i dati raccolti sul battito cardiaco direttamente dall'app Health mate. Il risultato è anche visibile sul display del misuratore con il relativo colore: verde se rileva un ritmo sinusale normale e rosso se rileva una problematica. Alcune volte finisce per rilevare un risultato inconcludente, ma ciò può essere dovuto a movimenti del soggetto (bisogna rimanere fermi) oppure al fatto che questo parli nel momento della misurazione. 3) Stetoscopio digitale Questa è la caratteristica più controversa del dispositivo: un piccolo stetoscopio bianco posto sulla parte in tessuto del misuratore, che una volta indossato va a contatto con il petto nella zona del cuore, per poterne misurare i toni cardiaci. Fa ciò in cerca di elementi che dimostrino una cardiopatia valvolare, nelle tipologie più comuni, ed in caso di esito negativo mostrerà un semaforo verde e "Toni cardiaci nella norma". Per fare ciò necessita di analizzare ben 5 misurazioni ben fatte, e proprio in questo caso molti lamentano i risultati inconcludenti. Come ho potuto constatare di persona, questa misurazione va a buon fine solo se effettuata con il petto nudo o con la canottiera, per permettere allo stetoscopio di non trovare ostacoli per la misurazione. Bisogna inoltre verificare che il sensore sia ben a contatto con il petto con la sua parte piatta (Bianca) ed ovviamente rimanere immobili e senza parlare per tutta la durata della misurazione. In conclusione questo BPM Core è un prodotto che mi sento di consigliare assolutamente nonostante il prezzo alto di acquisto, magari sfruttando uno sconto occasionale. Vi ricordo anche che essendo un dispositivo medico è in parte detraibile dalle tasse, richiedendo la fattura entro 7 giorni dalla data di spedizione.

yo esto muy contento con el producto, mide bien la presion arterial comparado con uno bueno estilo clasico y con las del medico (me mido antes de ir a una revision y dan lo mismo), ECG bien tambien comparado con resultado de medico y de las revisiones medicas de trabajo, y da la frecuencia cardiaca, comparado con revision media y reloj de otra marca conocida. Sincronizacion perfecta con la app y envia datos a google fit y salud de apple

Very easy to use, with quick blood pressure testing, then straight to ECG test which is a real bonus over virtually every other BP monitor. Great product design too. This is real innovation and, in my opinion, worth the higher price.

Fonctionne nickel, complet. Application impec, dommage pour le côté commercial de l app.
