Good book!

Found the shopfloor series to be a basic, high level overview on initiating AM. With books in this series, they all spend too much time talking about themselves and where they come from.

So practical to use and read. It is applicable for blue collars and their engineers who want to be an experienced TPM manager

It's a bit outdated but its content is useful for beginners. I will need to look for another book about these subjet.
