I am using with 5 volts (more or less) signals in my application. PWM inputs are an option that you yourself must generate. Output/input leds were activated with a 3 volt input during bench test. Of course input current increases with input voltage. [ I may have rated this circuit too high. Note that incorrect transistor mounting/pads/connections are used. Note also that this circuit is not back EMF protected for inductive loads.] **Q: Do you need a fuse between the device (say a motor) and the output of this board, or will the board handle any power issues?** A: You need inductive load protection if PWM'ing a motor. I suspect that heat will be the first load limit encountered. Don't believe the stated output current for any long duration of time.
