High Quality and Effective Fiber Product!
High quality, gentle, and effective fiber product. I take it every day including when I travel. Works well with water or any liquid and does not have a gritty texture like some fiber products because it is a powder. There is no flavor to FiberMend so it does not interfere with the taste of your chosen liquid. Highly recommend!

Expensive but works incredibly well.
**Important I cannot emphasize this enough** the biggest (quite possible the only in my 3 weeks of experience so far) con of this product is that it costs 38 dollars for what is *roughly* 25 servings. I would be way more concerned about the price except that that this works incredibly well. I have acid refulx and a slew of on and off stomach issues and my partner has different stomach issues and regularity issues—both of us have gotten great results from this but here's the thing—it says to use 2 full scoops. I use a 1/2 scoop to a scant single full scoop, never more and I'm definitely getting benefits? Would i get even more with 2 full scoops? maybe. But then this one supplement would cost over 100 dollars a month for two people to use it and that's kind of insane—no matter the quality. All that said It tastes like nothing, lightly like whear or psyllium husk but I'm super picky and can drink it plain water just fine, it's totally imperceptible in a smoothie or protein drink and while I haven't tried, I bet it doesn't work in hot liquids well without thickening the beverage. Bottom line: I highly recommend trying this and trying half servings to save money, if you can afford to buy two of these month and keep up with full servings, awesome!
