This works and is essential for connecting my portable generator to my 30 amp shore power
For whatever reason portable generators like my Generac have a strange power plug that will not accept a standard 30 amp shore power plug for my camper. I'm writing this so you know that this adapter solves this problem and is essential! It plugs into the strange generator output plug and on the other side has a standard 30 amp shore power plug. I assume that this plug is more useful for folks who want a generator for their homes? I'm writing this review to let people know since it's not obvious in the write-up that this solves this problem with RV shore power. Many times the write-ups on things are written by someone who has never used such an item and they often omit the most important features!! Know what I mean?

Works with the Honda Handi 3k generator
Works perfect for hooking up my pop up camper to the Honda Handi 3k generator. It is a bummer Honda doesn't provide various adapters for the plug based on what the use would likely be but still glad this is out there and we are able to properly use the device and still access the other outlets on the Honda. Also the Honda Handi is amazing...
