Lifefactory 12-Ounce Glass Water Bottle with Active Flip Cap and Protective Silicone Sleeve, Cobalt Blue

Keeping a glass of water near my computer was a constant danger -- knocked a glass over more times than I care to admit, so this bottle is heaven sent and it prevents the need to buy plastic bottles of drinking water. It has a convenient spout with a cap that closes securely and a carrying handle so it's easy to grab and go. I like that the interior is glass so it will last far longer than plastic. If I had any requests to the company it would be to make one larger than 22 oz. A 28-32 oz size would be great. And to make one in yellow! I'd like to see a wider range of colors but imagine that comes with success. The company offers replacement caps in case you need a new one but this bottle seems so durable that I'm not sure if or when that need would arise. Bottom line, this is a really nice product and for all those klutzes out there -- this klutz is quite happy with her purchase.

I was very sad to see that TAKEYA had stopped making their very durable glass water bottles. Thankfully I found this Lifefactory 22 oz glass water bottle and it is my new favorite. I bought a couple and have had them for a while now and there's just nothing bad to say about them. Large. Thick glass. Good lid. Easy to use and carry and fill and clean. I will get a couple more and I suspect each one will last a few years before I finally drop it hard enough that it breaks. Please don't stop making these water bottles!

I really like this water bottle but wish I could get the original style flip top. I love that it is a glass bottle avoiding plastics and metals. The protective sleeve does the job. The protective sleeve can be removed for cleaning which I would recommend or you can put it in the dishwasher. The straw type cap never holds up as a leak in the vacuum happens easily.

Ive had it for a couple months and I love it so much. perfect size, I love the glass and silicone sleeve. The quality of those parts are great! I have gotten one of my prof. and a friend to buy one. However, ive noticed the black plastic cap on top can leak and also ive noticed black pieces of plastic floating around in there recently. I got it to not drink microplastics but because the cap is still plastic its still an issue. Let me know when you increase the quality of the cap to not do those two things and ill be the first one to buy it!

The media could not be loaded. Been using this water bottle since 2018 they changed the original lid and gasket to a new lid with 2 weird gaskets and the engineering is absolutely the worst, so they all leak. Will be throwing 6 water-bottles away because they are absolute junk. Don’t bother wasting your money on this garbage water bottle unless you want what you have in the bottle to end up spilled all over your purse, car or gym bag. I never had any issues with the original lid with the original gasket. They no longer make that original lid or gasket. They sell one called the classic lid and it IS NOT the original lid. It uses the same gaskets as the new lid that leaks. Someone didn’t do their job at this company and in fact they ruined this once excellent product. This used to be the best water bottle out there. I won’t ever use this product again.

If you don’t like drinking out of plastic bottles, this glass bottle is for you!I like that it has a protective covering and handle for easy carrying. It washes up really good and your water/liquid is always what it’s supposed to taste like. No plastic weird taste. 16 oz is a perfect size for me to carry as it has an easy grip.

I really wanted to love this product and almost made it...I really like the glass bottle and the white silicone sleeve is perfect. The silicone sleeve makes it easy to see your beverage, gives you a good grip on the bottle, fits into my car cup holder and most of all comes out of the dishwasher looking like new! The cap however does not always snap closed securely. My biggest issue is the weird teardrop shape of the mouthpiece cap (instead of round) doesn't give you a good way to seal your lips around it so it spills out of the top over your upper lip and into your nose. Not great if you're trying to take a sip and not standing perfectly still. It's even hard to drink it in the car without spilling, much less when you're doing some activity. The cap is not easy to clean. I wanted to buy another one but the cap design keeps me from making another purchase.
