i ordered these to use to clean a fresh nose piercing, using normal cotton swabs was too painful since it required me to lift the jewelry in order to clean my skin and the metal post. these swabs are perfect for a new nose stud, the spiral end works for cleaning the inside of my nose and the pointed end makes it less painful to clean the outside, since i don't have to lift the jewelry as much. If you're looking for a swab to clean new piercings, i'd recommend these :)

My toddler is prone to ear infections, I love these small cotton swabs to help clean her ears and get excess water out after the bath. The ridges also help get out earwax and gunk much better than a usual swab.

I like the spiral not the sharp one butt this is the best for my ears

These are very sturdy! I'm certain we've all had the experience of a cotton swab that disintegrates if humidity exists near it, but these hold up exceptionally well no matter what substance touches them. Their small size makes them excellent at other smaller non-baby tasks - cleaning your keyboard, that part at the back of your keyboard where it connects to your laptop that you forgot, very small engines and other mechanical objects with tight corners, and even your ear. In fact, they excel at the ear tasks! Running a bit low, so will be buying again. Excellent price, excellent buy.
