A perfect ice cream ingredient!
So I’ve been using this coconut milk to make banana ice cream . the texture, thickness, taste , ingredients and consistency and shelf life is all good . It makes my ice cream perfect .

Good product but dented
I really like this brand. It really elevates your Thai curry and has a wonderful creaminess. However, the cans came slightly dented (the box was fine). Judging from the other reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence. So if you want the convenience and don’t mind dented cans, you should order it. Otherwise, I recommend buying from your local grocery.

Excellent and reliable quality
I use this product when I make rice. It adds additional nutrition for us and our dogs. I've haven't received a solid can. There's always liquid (coconut milk/cream) work the top fat solids. Very good taste and quality.

The best of the coconut milks
Nice and thick, very tasty, and it doesn't separate, so you don't need to beat it before storing it. This has the best taste of all of the coconut milks in my opinion (not to be confused with the less concentrated coconut beverages). Excellent for smoothies and cooking. Adds a silky texture/taste.

I’m not sure I understand the bad reviews for this product, maybe there has been some lesser quality production at some point? I have bought all supermarket brands that are available where I live and although most of them used to be thick and rich and full of solid coconut Cream, now they are all diluted, taste like water and doubled in price! So I turned to Amazon and gave this brand a try cause price was very decent and I decided to trust some of the positive reviews. Wow. So happy I did. Best coconut milk I’ve had in a while, thick and rich just as I like it. And most importantly, tasty! I just made a lentil curry and it’s perfect! This will now me my staple coconut milk, I hope it stays in stock!
