Will it fit a xxxl size?

They are pretty baggy. Likely so.

Are these waterproof? As in they won't fall apart in a pool. Needed for therapy pool entry.

These are great, I use them in my steam tents for clients and they are indeed water proof.

Do they fit waist size 40?

Unfortunately I give these to my patients... I'm not sure what their waste sizes are, but so far no one has not fit into them and we get all shapes and sizes!
