I have only used it for 35mm and it works very well. it also allows you to use the thumbnail function on the epson scan software that literally saves hours of time. for 120 film you don't need a holder I think. **Q: Will this work with an Epson WF-4820 scanner?** A: I use mine on an Epson V600 to replace a holder from an older Epson scanner.
